Deanna wins the Illinois ACDA Choral Composition Contest!

Sheet music is now available at my sheet music store.]I'm excited to announce that my SSAA setting of the Rabindranath Tagore poem, "Where Shadow Chases Light," is the newly named winner of the 2016 Illinois-ACDA Choral Composition Contest! The piece will be premiered and recorded on June 30 at the IL-ACDA Summer ReTreat at Illinois State University. I'll be exhibiting my choral work at the conference, and look forward to connecting with new colleagues....and, in case you were wondering about the acronym: ACDA is the American Choral Directors' Association.
